My love of travel started before I could choose it. Growing up with a father at British Airways, I'd visited every major continent by the age of ten. What began as extraordinary luck became a lifelong obsession.

Two ski seasons in the Alps. Months across South East Asia, India, Africa, Australia and Central America. Years spent staying in some of the world's finest hotels — and discovering that the most memorable places are often the ones nobody's heard of.

My career started in project management — which, it turns out, is the perfect training for designing complex, multi-destination itineraries where every detail has to be right. During the pandemic, I decided to bring together everything I love and everything I'm good at. Starling was born.
